Our goal is to communicate with you in a manner that leaves you comfortable and well-informed, expense reports will be uploaded to the Owner's Login. We seek to exceed all Communication expectations.

• Office staff handles bookkeeping, property repair requests, leasing and renewals
• Owner approves or declines all new tenants 
  
• By the 15th of each month your Monthly Detailed Income and Expense Reports along with all copies of invoices for work performed will be sent to you and your check will be remitted via electronic deposit.

The difference between us and other residential property management companies is that we are real estate property investors ourselves. We truly care who is approved and allowed to live in your home. We feel we have a vested interest in your home, and manage your real estate property as if it was our own. Our average resident lives in our property managed homes for 4 1/2 years. We have had some residents live in our managed homes for over 22-years. We want to build a long term business relationship with both the tenant and you.
