Landlord's Leasing Selection Criteria: We use an Independent Third Party who uses Trans Union Credit Bureau for Credit Check. They also do a National and Federal Criminal Background Check (Compared to the regular local or County background check), Rental Verification, and Employment Verification. In addition, we require a copy of a valid Texas Driver's License, copies of the 4 most recent Pay stubs and a copy of the most recent electric bill. If a pet is involved, the Applicant must have their pet individually screened through another Independent Third Party.
